Patricia A. Peña-Rodríguez

Attorney Patricia A. Peña Rodríguez graduated Magna Cum Laude from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law in December 2024. Before entering law school, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Ms. Peña Rodríguez was admitted to the practice of law in Puerto Rico in October 2025. During her law studies, she served as an intern in the chambers of the then-Judge of the Court of Appeals, Hon. Camille Rivera Pérez, now an Associate Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, as part of the legal mentorship program. In her final year as a law student, she served as a teaching assistant for notarial law courses and as a practicing attorney in the School of Law’s Legal Assistance Clinic.
