Rosa Campos-Silva

Ms. Rosa Campos-Silva joined Aldarondo & López-Bras, LLC (ALB) in 1999. She has practiced law in Puerto Rico since 1994, and has vast experience before Puerto Rico’s administrative agencies and the courts of Puerto Rico, particularly at the appellate level.

Before joining ALB, Ms. Campos-Silva worked for other Puerto Rico-based law firms. She also held various clerkship positions in the Puerto Rico Courts, including the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Additionally, she worked as legal counselor, at the Puerto Rico House of Representatives, and advisor on legislative matters, to a Puerto Rico Representative and the Commission of Governmental Corruption (CGC). As part of her duties, Ms. Campos-Silva performed legal research, and drafted proposed statutes, resolutions, and CGC reports.

Ms. Campos-Silva is a renowned appellate attorney who has successfully handled hundreds of appellate matters before the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals. She also provides invaluable assistance in proceedings before the Puerto Rico trial courts. Her areas of practice include, but are not limited to, appeals, government affairs, constitutional law, employment law, construction, permitting processes and procedures, contracts, urban development, bids and procurements, regulatory investigations, tort, and class actions.
